Fees

Fees are payable monthly in advance:

Full Week £45.00 per day
Full Day £47.50
Half Day £28.75 (limited places)

2 weeks non-returnable deposit is required to hold a place which is refunded in the first month
your child attends Nursery.

Childcare vouchers

We encourage parents to use child care vouchers so ask your employee whether there is a scheme in place which you can take advantage of (please note that more than one parent can claim childcare vouchers).

Once an employer is registered with us, eligible working parents, paying basic rate tax, can exchange up to £243 a month (£55 a week) of their gross salary for childcare vouchers. The exchanged part of the salary is exempt from tax and National Insurance contributions. This allows parents to make savings of up to £933 a parent, a year on their registered childcare costs.

Free Early Education Government Funding

Children become eligible for free early years provision from the term after their third birthday. All eligible children can claim up to 15 hours per week of early year’s provision for 38 weeks a year.

You can apply for your free entitlement at any private provider who is included in Trafford's Directory of Nursery Education Providers. You must submit a completed application form to Trafford's Sure Start Early Years Team, the quickest and easiest way of doing this is online via Trafford.gov.uk .  Parents need only do this at the start of each academic year or the term after their child becomes 3 years of age.

A child attending 1 day can claim a maximum of 10 free hours
A child attending 2 days or more can claim a maximum of 15 free hours

The LEA Funding does not allow Nurseries/Schools to use funding for any food or drinks consumed whilst a child is in attendance at an establishment. The provider may make a reasonable charge for meals provided to children during the day. The charge for food and drink will be the difference between the cost of a session at Nursery and funding provided by Trafford LEA.

Please note the funding can only be placed on your account once we have been notified of your child’s eligibility and have received the funds from Trafford Surestart.  Funding is calculated on a monthly basis, the days attended in each month are added up and the equivalent free hours of Early Years Provision is placed onto your account.
